Field Events start at 10:00am

  • The running events will start at 11:00 AM with the Girls 4X800M Relay.
  • All vertical jumps (High Jump and Pole Vault) will be seeded from worst to best.
  • All throws will be seeded worst to best. Flights will be seeded worst to best.
  • All distance races (1600M and 3200M) will be randomly seeded.
  • The 800M may (depending on the numbers) be seeded in two sections. Sections will be seeded by time (best to worst). Lane assignments in each section will be random.
  • Sprint race heats will be seated best to worst.
  • Start at 11:00am

• Keep in Mind:
  • Only the two best performers are able to be entered
  • We expect every member of the team to travel with us and study their event/help their teammates with warm-ups/observe competition/be an encouragement
  • There are events open to enter, specifically hurdles, your coaches will try and encourage you to test out events that will put you in a position to help the team most
  • Tuesday the 9th will be an open entry meet
